Airports

From Charles de Gaulle Airport
Charles de Gaulle (CDG) is Paris’s main international airport, located about 31 km (19.5 mi) from the city centre. A licensed taxi ride to central Paris takes roughly one hour, and all official taxis must use the meter. Fast, reliable Airbus coaches link the airport with the city centre. The RER (commuter train) also runs from CDG to Gare du Nord, where you can connect to the metro.

From Orly Airport
Orly Airport lies around 23 km (14.5 mi) from central Paris. A taxi trip takes about 40 minutes. Frequent Airbus services are available to various parts of the city. The RER line from Orly connects to Gare d’Austerlitz and the metro system.
